Temple & Unexpected Visit

This week i had the opportunity to attend the Draper Temple Open house. The walk through the Temple was pretty amazing. The last time i got to do that i was just a little girl. I was really excited because this time i was old enough to really take in and realize that i was walking in the lords house. What a beauty, it holds such a special spirit. I had some of the same feelings as i did back in the summer when i had the opportunity to walk through the sacred grove. I couldn't hold the tears back as i walked through the beautifully decorated rooms. It was so peaceful and Wow the chandeliers are gorgeous! I wanted to take home all of the beautiful paintings on the walls. If you haven't been able to go, I would encourage you to walk through the building as open houses don't last long and are not very often. (especially if you are not able to attend the temple on a regular basis). I can't wait to dress in my wedding gown and fix myself up in the Bride's Room. :) I couldn't help thinking about the day that i will be sealed to my sweetheart for time and all eternity in the house of the lord. I am so excited and look forward to that day so much.

I heard from Rebecca on Tuesday morning, she told me that they just flew in to Salt Lake. WhAt?!... I didn't know they were even coming! I was very excited and the next morning i took a trip down to salt lake for lunch with Rebecca and her sister Ruth. I was able to spend a few hours with little Libby. ( i don't know why i always call her Little Libby because she is not so little anymore!!) The boys were all gone skiing so i didn't get to see them but we still had a fun time. Libby will be 1 next month and i cannot believe it!! Time goes by so fast! She's not walking yet but any day now... :) Thanks Rebecca for the surprise...it is always so good seeing my second family!

My mom is the BEST mom in the world! She has so many qualities that i hope to have when I'm a mom someday. I'm so grateful to share such a close relationship with my mom, I don't know what i would do without her! (i don't know if my family would survive). Happy Birthday Mom I Love You!!!

Courtney turned 16!! Ahh that is SO scary! I can't believe she is old enough to date & drive! (I'm nervous for those two things she is now able to do). I don't know what my family would do without court. She is the family member that keeps us happy and going :) She has a fun personality and is a very fun person to be around. I love you court and hope you have a happy birthday!! (It's to bad i can't say 16 and never been kissed!) :) :) :)

Look What Court Got...

Courtney and my dad went hunting for elk early this morning. We all got tags but only Courtney was able to go. I was at work when i got the exciting text saying that they got one! GOOOO Courtney!!! Now the Muir sisters are 2 for 4. Now just me and Karli (oldest sisters) need our prizes! :) Maybe one day??

Young Family In Town For Christmas Break

The Young's Came to Utah to spend Christmas to visit family and so David and the kids could take advantage of the wonderful Utah snow (skiing). I was lucky enough to meet up with them with my own family and have dinner. It was fun for my family to finally meet the cute little kids. I have missed them so much!! They keep growing and it makes me sad that i am missing it! :( I love you guys! Thanks for the fun visit!!!!!
